Acquisition Criteria

We are currently seeking the following assets nationwide with a preference for the southeastern United States:

  • Multifamily development sites with zoning for 50 to 500 units.

  • Core and value-add stabilized multifamily assets of 50 to 500 units with approximate capitalization rates of 6.5%.

  • Pre-lease multifamily assets of 50 to 500 units with approximate capitalization rates of 6.5%.

We will also selectively underwrite larger portfolios of multifamily assets with approximate capitalization rates of 6.5%.
